Kathleen O’Brien

Kathleen founded Bayview Podiatry five years ago with Karmen with the purpose to ensure quality podiatry services were available to the local community.  She graduated from La Trobe University in 2010 and has a breadth of experience ranging from day-to-day treatments through to high-risk foot management and wound care.  Kathleen has a background in swimming and running and understands the importance of reducing pain to optimise performance.

Prior to transitioning into private practice, Kathleen worked in community health and hospitals across Geelong, Melbourne and Warrnambool.  Kathleen will work with you to formulate a personalised treatment plan.

Karmen Krasic

Director / Registered Podiatrist

Registered – AHPRA

Karmen founded Bayview Podiatry Group with Kathleen with the purpose to ensure quality podiatry services were available to the local community. She graduated from La Trobe University in 1996 and has worked across the Geelong region in a variety of podiatry roles. These positions have included the private sector, acute care at University Hospital, sub-acute at the McKellar Centre, various aged care facilities and community health centres. Karmen is respected within the podiatry community for her experience and expertise in diagnosing and treating foot conditions.

Karmen is actively involved in the soccer community and has insight, knowledge and understanding of sporting injuries equipping her to assist clients regarding prevention and treatment options. She likes to spend time with family and friends and explore the great outdoors. Karmen speaks fluent Croatian.
